Outdoor
The entrance to Mártírok street (main entrance) is through a manually opened gate happens, the gate at the back side of the Clinic is automatic. Compared to building's design documentation, we made some smaller structural modifications during construction, and the building.
By purchasing plots of land in front of and behind the building the plot boundaries grew and changed. As a result there are 13-15 parking spaces for cars around the building.
On the ground floor, there is a doorman's room with external access (in the room : built-in sink, toilet).
There are two ways to access to the ground floor: through 2 double-leaf automatic doors or through the stairwell entrance. In the Server room under the stairs, there is the electrical cabinet, server PC, the amplifier of the building's 110 V sound system, as well as the camera system. This server room is fully air-conditioned. For safety reasons, fire alarm system, broken glass sensors, and alarm system are also installed. The interior height is 350cm.
The outdoor lighting of the building at night makes it cozy and attention-grabbing for passers-by.
Ground Floor
Atrium designed Hall, with a plant island in the middle, and a fountain.
Opposite the reception is the office, complete with office furnitures (cherry-colored cabinets, computer desk with office chair, 10-person office meeting table with chairs), fax and photocopiers, own toilet.
2 offices with their corresponding changing rooms, an examination room (ecg room) what is also a passageway between the two offices. There is a separated laundry room on the ground floor (with 3-basin acid-proof sink, with washing machine, metal wardrobes, wall and standing shelves, with ceiling-to-ceiling cover).
Garage with granite covering up to the ceiling, designed for parking up to 2 vehicles, with automatic garage doors and faucet. The boiler room of the building opens directly from the garage.
Men's and women's and automatic disabled toilets opening from the hall, with their granite tiling and tiling up to the false ceiling promote easy cleaning, Grohe toilet tanks are built in, and the faucets are automatic.
The external clinker floor in front of the main entrance is electrically heated.

Szolárium szoba: egy álló Australian Gold álló szoláriummal, egy parkettázott szoba, egy 70 férőhelyes klimatizált előadó terem előadói pulttal, igényes székekkel, padlószőnyeggel, projektorral, fali vászonnal, az előadó egy szervírozó ablakon keresztül közvetlen összeköttetésben van egy kis konyhával. Az előadóteremből közvetlen kijárásunk van a WPC burkolatú teraszra, mely egyedi kialakíttásának köszönhetően páratlan látványt nyújt minden szempárnak. A „Magas-hegy”-en kívül rápillantást nyerhetünk a szomszédos szlovákiára is. Az aulából nyílnak a női és férfi mosdók, WC-k.

Engineering
Copper piping cold water and copper piping hot water with circulation pump system, plastic underfloor heating and copper pipe wall heating based on computer design, adjustable circulation pump, hot water boiler integrated with heat exchanger. Heating is provided by 2 Canadian Nordic heat pumps, additional electric buffer tank heating serves for additional safety.
One of the heat pumps is also suitable for cooling, computer-controlled, room-by-room thermostats allow precise regulation. In the property surrounding the building, 12 probes drilled to a depth of 100 meters each ensure heat transfer for a total length of 1,200 meters. Permits, mining authority permits, design and construction documentation, as well as thousands of digital images made by the owners mark the entire construction process will be handed over at the time of sale.

A tető agyagcseréppel fedett, a homlokzati falak felületképzése „Baumit” vékonyvakolat. A felülvilágító üregkamrás 2 cm vastag polikarbonátból készült. Fehér színű nyílászárók.

Phone
Bosch Tenovis Integral 5e ISDN PBX, connections and devices installed per room, complete with a total of 3 system devices in the building (reception, office, ground floor surgery). The PBX is equipped with a data collector for itemized cost accounting, and the Taxawin software required for connection also a part of the sales offer.
IT
CAT7 gigabit network throughout the building, Wi-Fi routers placed above the false ceiling on all levels/floors, industrial-quality switches placed in metal cabinets, wall network connections in every room.
Electricity
Main switch is in the server room, central built-in circuit breaker cabinet on every level/floor, and built-in circuit breaker box for each room. 380 Volts available.
Camera System
The external HD cameras placed around the building and the Internal HD cameras placed in the halls, the continuously working digital video recorder are located in the furniture of the reception connected to a 17" display.

Elevator
The elevator, built by Thyssenkrupp, has an exclusive appearance, with a granite floor. The elevator entrances open into the stairwell on each floor.

Climate
There are two options:
1: the whole building by operating a heat pump,
2: with LG ART Cool inverter split air conditioners installed in each room.

The total interior height is 350 cm, and the coffered false ceiling is on 300 cm.

After careful planning, the lighting is mainly provided by "Targetti" spotlights, with at least 2 circuits per room.

The building is currently closed and is not used except for necessary maintenance.
